Shipping Overview


LATHER offers free shipping of online purchases of $60 or more within the contiguous U.S. No code needed.

We offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S., Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore addresses only. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

*Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with LATHER, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about your order please email Please include your order number in the subject of your email.


Return and Exchange Policy:

You may return any unopened or gently used product within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at  We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective.  

When you send us your return package, please include the return authorization number that we have provided you. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Upon our acceptance of your return, we will refund the price you paid for the product to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

If you prefer to exchange the returned product for a different product of equal or lesser value, please specify the desired product by name, size, and item number.  The exchanged product will then be sent to the same address as the original shipment at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at  Please provide the order number, an explanation of the damage or defect, your email address, and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.  We will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
